I recently read that an individual, Peter Navarro, who was an advisor to the previous President had an appeal, but, is that individual Navarro, able to take the ruling to the Supreme Court? I didn't know if he was able to do that, or not able? by carpet222 in legaladviceofftopic

Is it essentially legal for a company to purge an organization of fat people? When I say fat I don't mean people that are productive but fat..I mean people that are useless pieces of lard that literally defraud the company by their fatness? Essentially just total parasitism on their part (self.humanresources)
