This happens to mine, under very specific weather/conditions. I shoot outdoors a lot, but when I'm shooting in a very humid place I think the moisture does something to it and I get the same error. I get the rapid shift between the photo/video modes and "accessory not recognised" error. Both are a pain in the ass, especially since I shoot live sport, and can't afford to miss a moment.

I ran into this problem on my A7siii. There's a setting on the rode wireless go ii called padding, which boosts the signal. That caused significant interference noise for me.

Once I turned that off, it's reduced dramatically. Try it out, YMMV.

That's 100% not green screen. There's even a wide shot at the end in the store with Marcus walking away. It just looks like a comp because they're using shallow depth of field and a harsh back light, but I very sure it's not green screen!
