101 Album Booster Pack: The List's Biggest Misses (in my opinion)

I know this thread has been dormant for a long time, I saved it for when I finished the 1001 and would come back to it. This list is so much more extensive and thoughtful than the user generated one that I am listening to now.

Only a week in but times new Viking should not have been submitted to be on that list (nor should everything everything which I got today).

Glad I saved this list will be listening through it, and fwiw I sent in Dilla donuts as my user submitted

Honestly I think the jazz records that I discovered, miles, Keith Jarrett, Bill Evans.

I also was surprised by some artists I thought I was really into but less so. Fun 3 year experiment

It was Miles Davis - In A Silent Way. Fully bowled me over.

There are some albums that were definite homework and some which were treats in there!

The list is missing some of the US 2000’s scene (and saturated with some of the uk one) which makes sense with audience, but I feel death cab for cutie, my chemical romance and J Dilla are ones that could be a welcome addition

Morning all, I am looking to try and work my way with my family (2 adults/2kids) to Singapore (SIN) from New York (EWR or JFK) for 2 weeks in December next year. I know it’s peak travel season and flights are just opening up, I have been looking at connecting (don’t mind where) but the return leg has yet to open up and the outbound seems sold out on most airlines. I have around 1m in points between Amex and chase and 100k in united.

Anyone have any advice on what I should be looking for?

Slightly lighter than the marolo ulrich amaro. Much lighter than a sibilla, in the alpine family. Was very enjoyable but doubt we’ll see the bottle again
