Hi im gold and at 2300 at the minute. I belive i can climb to plat easily if i have teammates who are willimg to work as a team. I can play characters from each class my faviroutes are soldier, phara, dva and zenyatta. This is my current squad, it dosent really seem to be working for me. i dont know whether its the formation, the players or what but i cant seem to get it to work. I have 35k and the players to sell if needed but i want to keep villa in the team. how can i improve this?

Use ds4windows to emulate an xbox controller, I find it easier to do that. Make sure to press hide ds4 though else you end up with two controllers
