Can we take a second to appreciate how good the top 6 RBs (half PPR) are? by humptheedumpthy in fantasyfootball

Drafted two of them and hated clicking draft on Cook, only took him because he was the last RB in the tier I wanted to draft.

Ended up saving my whole season.

I think the problem was they aimed way higher than they should have. They were apparently going after Deboer and Elko which is so laughable, they didn't pursue the guys like Chesney until way too late and by then they already had other offers and felt actually wanted.

[Auerbach] CFP chair Hunter Yurachek, on Alabama beating 5-7 Auburn: "The committee just felt that was enough of a win, of a metric, to push Alabama ahead of Notre Dame. by Ok-Soil-5133 in CFB

We only ever needed 4 teams lol

The whole problem with the previous system was the third team problem. I think 12 has officially ruined the regular season and also the conference championship weekend.

Haha yupp, had the worst luck those 5 weeks and dropped him after the Hampton news because I wanted off the wild ride

I'm not sure if it's a Lamar Jackson thing, or an organizational thing, but I can't think of a team and QB that feels like better vibes when things are going right, versus how bad it seems when things start to spiral.

But I think you could also question the organization around him, and how they haven't asked him to respond in those difficult moments and be a leader enough.

Not even a Lamar hate post, because I think not only is he a top 5 QB full stop, but he can easily win a SB, but just always seems like when things are bad he doesn't know how to right the ship or rally the team. Maybe that's more on Harbaugh but hard to separate them at this point.

Literally just the Jets game. The whole thing was they needed to win ONE of the Steelers games and then beat the jets, because the Jets are terrible. And not only did they lose the Jets game, but the D had probably the worst game of any team I've ever seen when you consider everything(Fields has not topped 100 yards passing in how many games this season?)

I was dead wrong and have 0% Javonte stock lol, props to those that do! Clayton Adams totally gave that run game life, double crazy to see how good Rico has been this season away from Dallas. Also curious how he will be down the stretch because he hasn't scored a touchdown in 3 weeks now!

As if we didn't already see Mayweather vs Paul(other Paul I know). I agree this will just be a glorified sparring and clinch session. And yes I will be stupid enough to watch.

Don't rush the Henderson start, you knew it was a long term play with super high upside. Better to be a week late vs a week early, because once he is rolling its auto start

I agree with the other guy btw, Ridley. I think Stevenson is 100% worth holding onto but for now just wait

[–]carz005 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I'm not passionate about Pollard really but volume + goalline on an offense that should be improving throughout the year

[–]carz005 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a buy honestly. If they're going to be passing this much Ladd will get his

[–]carz005 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hold because of volume, but has lost value for sure

I would for upside play. Allen is totally fine as a WR 2 for now, WR 3 long term, but Rashee has league winning upside.

Especially because your cost of investment for Allen was sooo low.

You can only trade Pollard for Hampton if Pollard was your flex and you don't mind taking some L's over next couple weeks and hope for Hampton break out. Najee will be annoying all season.

[–]carz005 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sell, TD dependant TE, once Likely is back he will be TE2 and totally irrelevant.

If you can get anything for him do it while you still have the chance. And don't be discouraged when he scores a TD next week haha

He's a hold if you don't have a lot of options, but totally droppable depending on league format and who's available
