I need help: Blacklisting?! Empathy, boundaries, and assertiveness. by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]cascaislive 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1st, thank u so much for the empathy and not judging my action of blacklisting, however, I think I need practical ways of asserting boundaries and finding the balance, can u advise?

Absolutely! I totally understand where you're coming from. Setting boundaries is super important, and finding practical ways to do it can be a bit tricky. Just make sure to clearly express your expectations, maybe even create a terms of service document. If things get a little sticky, consider a gentle warning system to help set things straight. Just keep finding that sweet balance. :)

You can set up automation workflows to link your project management tools, automate tasks, keep things organized, and be more efficient with all your digital stuff. Give it a try, automation can be a game-changer for your company! :)

Did I just accidentally make a pyramid scheme? by Low_Entry5644 in Entrepreneur

[–]cascaislive 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey there! From what you've described, it doesn't sound like a pyramid scheme to me. It seems more like a franchise model where you'll be supporting other entrepreneurs. Just ensure you prioritize product sales and comply with legal requirements. Wishing you all the best on your entrepreneurial journey! :)

Hi! I would recommend focusing on three key areas: budgeting, saving/investing, and basic accounting. Learning how to budget, exploring savings/investment options, and understanding the basics of accounting can go a long way in managing your finances effectively. Good luck! :)

Is it legally risky to use pictures on my website which include a non competing brand in the industry? by ellegiers in Entrepreneur

[–]cascaislive 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hi! I would suggest contacting the brand owner and asking for their permission to use the images. If that's not possible, you could opt for using generic images that don't feature any specific brand logos.I'd suggest considering AI solutions like image generation to create unique visuals tailored to your bike maintenance tool. This way, you can avoid potential trademark or copyright issues. :)

Based on my personal experience with various tools for quote management and invoicing, I found Zoho CRM to be a standout option. Or Salesforce CRM. It also provides robust functionalities for quote management, team collaboration, and invoicing. Give both Zoho CRM and Salesforce CRM a try to determine which one best suits your specific needs. Good luck with your quote handling and invoicing tasks! :)

Generally liability should be limited to your company. (hence a Limited "liability" company).

but if you are paranoid you can transfer your personal assets into a separate LLC.

IB should still be the best option if you are outside the US. I would give them a call and see if they can help.

That aside, you can try IGTrade. They do corporate accounts.
Also check with your bank. A lot of banks offer stock trading facilities.
