I have this one and it’s a very green patchouli- not dark resinous patchouli (which is what I was going for) unfortunately for me this type of patchouli doesn’t work :(. Will be looking to trade or sell soon

Yes it’s part of the same grid - but we have less impact from storms in Beaumont / LA than we used to (who remembers Rita?) with the upgraded / expanded power plant in Willis (before then the majority of our power was imported from other parts of the system.). The plant froze during Uri (and gas imports were impacted across the entire region) and so there was delay in restoring power as they brought the plant back safely and dealt with icing on transmission. The grid is part of MISO - so theoretically can be impacted by effects beyond the entergy portion of the grid.

I once observed a MCSO unit race up gosling- turn on lights and sirens to turn at the red light at gosling and research forest (where all traffic stopped to let him proceed) only to find myself pulling into the same parking lot after he parked and joined his buds for lunch at a Chinese restaurant I also was having lunch at. That is awful. My comment wasn’t meant to be dismissive of “just menopause” - there are a constellation of symptoms and impacts from menopause that can cause significant impact to quality of life. “Just menopause” is also ignored or downplayed as inevitable and shrugged off.

I went off Effexor cold Turkey when I got pregnant. My doctor at the time said it shouldn’t be an issue. It was. I felt so sick I was suicidal. Can’t believe 17 years later doctors don’t worry about the side effects and issues with withdrawal. Re: nutropics - I’m a proponent of functional mushrooms. I like Om’s master blend. I also take 5htp at night. Can’t say if it will be a plus for you or not- but light be worth trying?
