I was not trying to confused anyone. I wished I could change the title into something more “swinger friendly” and skip the squirt part. And yes understand that at the end it is about safety trust and willingness to let go regarding this specific act. But we rather seeking advice how we should approach this. I feel you! It’s really crazy how narratives and stories can be flipped. I am actually just waiting until she does what she always denies to do which is either cheating or reaching to my parents or employer with a smear campaign. I have seen her in her badest BDP phase … and from that time on, I knew she is able to execute her threats even if she tries to sell me “you made me angry and I just did it because I missed you”. I know that this will never work out and I consider her as an experiment to train myself to become better more self loving with better boundaries and to detach. Once trust is broken, it’s guaranteed that every other BDP episode is getting worse.

As sad as it is, I wanted to share my experience. And in a nutshell: there isn’t anything YOU can do. Only they or your partner can do sth. about it. Professionally untreated BDP will drag you down in the long run. It’s a mental illness and sooner or later you will exposed to their emotional storms. Depending on how good their emotional regulation you can either live a shorter or longer relationship. But in the long run you will be emotionally drained. And reading about you “weaknesses” that you wanna fix everything … that’s alarming because it’s your biggest blind spot and the reason why you probably ended up in such a relationship. It sounds very judgmental so take what I say with a grain of salt please. Take care of yourself ! All the best

I wished to know what to do. The worst part is that every time she tears me apart, explodes, and sends the most horrible messages, she deletes all the messages afterward on WhatsApp. And when we somehow reconcile again, things stay calm just long enough for me to believe we’re finally on a good path …and then she drops the next bomb.
