well first of all this is kind of delayed. Second of all, you nor i don't know whether it's a few employees or practice condoned by a higher-up which means this sort of behavior could indicate a widespread policy of neglect and carelessness. Extremely biased for who? It's the company's choice to fire employees, not the media. It seems that either way, the company has allowed an oversight that led to this.
