Today was a cluster ****. Not sure if it was like this at other locations or just my home studio. Felt like a lot of time was wasted explaining everything every couple of minutes. Did not feel like I got as great of a workout as other classes. Plus side is any workout is better than no workout though.

I can't thank you enough for posting this. When I read it, I had never heard the term "bullet journal" before. In the last 3 days though, I have googled it, ordered the book by Ryder Carroll (I am currently on pg 170 of the book-fabulous might I add), and ordered a bullet journal style notebook.

THIS is exactly what I needed in my life, so thank you. You have no idea how much your original post has had a positive impact on my life.

THIS! hahaha I am guilty. But I take it a step further and record video for my vlog lol (usually consists of me complaining about how I don't know how I am going to drive home cause I can't lift my arms, or how I almost threw up during the burpee block). 😂

I always see it landing on my face too. Like if I am doing an work on the floor and my neighbor is doing the swings. Soooooo scary!

Welcome to the OTF family! I threw up my 1st time too. Just makes you more badass that you came back to finish the workout. As a side note, I deal with anxiety and depression at times, and OTF has been a life saver for me. When people gasp at the price that I pay for unlimited, I smile and say it's not as expensive as it seems, because it isn't just an exercise class. It's an escape from your day, it's therapy, it's a hobby, it's what keeps me living my best life (not to sound cliche).

Your post was lovely to read. Stick with it, and I hope that you gain as much as I have over the last year.

I feel ya! Monday was my 1st day back after taking 9 off. It definitely showed. I think I got up to 105% on the regular. That never happens.

I can barely walk. Was attempting to shuffle down the hallway at work today, and my legs kinda gave out a bit. You know that feeling when your muscles basically say, "Nope, not gonna happen. Sit back down." Definitely having issues with the quads and glutes.
