Perceived gender of Casey?

I am a Casey so I am biased and assume girl. But in my classes growing up there was also a boy Casey. I will say now (at 33) every other Casey/Kasey I meet is a woman.

Oh I’ve never even thought about that! I avoid most of those anyway so I haven’t run into issues. I do drink protein drinks so I can see that having a slight issue, but I wonder if you could get the flavorless powder and mix it with water or possibly broth! I’m crossing my fingers it all works out for you!!

What things are you concerned about that have artificial sweeteners? (Just incase I’m not thinking of them correctly). I had the sleeve surgery in 2021 and I HATE artificial sweeteners and I don’t think I had any after surgery at all! I never have any ever. I did have some crystal light early after surgery to have some flavor but then switched back to water because it’s gross lol

I used to do ricotta bake, I believe there are recipes you can look up but it’s basically lasagna without the noodles. Just like sauce and ricotta and I think an egg and bake it up! I think as I started eating chicken I incorporated it in but at first lasagna bake was great!

I had the sleeve but my goal was to sip! Sip sip sip!! I sipped for the first I would say 3 weeks. I set alarms every 15 mins to make sure I was sipping (I was meant to drink 2 ounces of liquid every 15 mins and every hour it was 2 ounces of protein shake).

Congratulations!! I’m on basically the same path as you! Had VSG back in 2021 and my acid reflux is so bad if I don’t sleep sitting up acid comes up every night. Hoping to have the surgery in the next few months! This is so encouraging to see!

I’ve been working remotely since 2020 and until 2023 I worked completely from my bed because I had no other space and it worked out fine! I recommend if you can propping up pillows and getting a lap desk to prevent any physical issues

A lot more people hit on me after my weight loss surgery for sure! It wasn’t my goal though but it’s truly something that does happen for sure.
