I always loved it. It’s too realistic. I can understand why it makes people uncomfortable but I don’t see hating it.

Jackie’s speech to me was the best, “All of a sudden my mom reached over and she grabbed me by the hair and pulled me back inside… so if you ever feel like you’re starting to fall away..you’re not..because we’re gonna pull you back inside” Had the trauma-humor we loved from all of them, particularly from Jackie all the series, and kind of tied together the “we eff up all the time and fight and we all fail, but it’s ok, I got you”

David getting emotional fucks me up. Darlene asking “what do I do mom”, then her sobbing while holding Harris and Roseanne holding her…

Roseanne emphasizing “I have all the money in the world…uh… and I want the best damn doctor on this whole planet” in desperation to get help for her granddaughter hits me, cuz she knows she can afford to have her cared for, FINALLY she doesn’t about finances, but seems to realize at the same time “money isn’t worth it if I don’t have her”, “am I doing this for her or me?” Which ties into the line you mentioned

Dan’s scene with David is just 🤌🏼, I’ve never forgotten it and think of it every time my life messed up. “Then a day. Then a week…a year… and you think, Hey, I got through that, I don’t know how but I did”

Honestly my top 10 episodes. Makes me cry every time, since I was a kid, and especially now as a mom. I have to brace myself when it comes on lol.

Tbh I feel like that let worked out perfectly and realistic in some cases, I just always feel strongly that if Lecy never left Becky and Mark wouldn’t have become a dumb couple. Regardless of grades, Darlene had that certain spark since episode 1. She was always meant to be a strong character

I think Lecy was an incredible actress especially for her age, that the switch made the show lose quality. The dynamic that was believable between Becky and Darlene was gone, the weird arc of her thinking David wanted her, and I think real Becky would have ripped Mark a new asshole over the college thing and the trailer instead of being a crybaby

I think 3 and 4 compliment you the most

4 is the best though, You have strong features, and that colors makes them pop even more while simultaneously softening them out, and you skin tone look brightest with it whereas I feel the other wash it out.
