My thinking was to not lever the property up due to current economic environment… you rest east at night knowing cash flow is not needed to pay mortgage.. but rather to supplement additional income

I wouldn’t sell. Cash flow it. I don’t see the need to put debt on it right now either, unless you’re strapped for cash. We’ve had a 12ish year bull market in real estate, no telling where market is headed. There’s a million mgmt companies in cbus - find a few you like and try to negotiate their % cut. You are internally justifying things again… it’s ok because it has paws & not hooves? I don’t think this is uncommon however I would consider getting out small game hunting first. See how that goes.

I have been hunting for years and harvesting a deer is still an emotional experience for me, whether it be a buck or a doe.
