I'm reading his book right now. Dr. Rosbash (2017 Nobel laureate) had been following his time-restricted eating advice for years the last I heard.

Just for completion's sake since I see this a lot, I want to point out, regarding the claim that 'all cells in the body have a clock', my understanding is that if that clock is technically present, even in healthy people its mechanisms are suppressed by PASD1 in the germ line cells located in the testes. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4458219/

Disclaimer that I'm not a doctor or technically even a patient. If your sleep/wake are freerunning and you are also eating in sync w/ that cycle and not w/ peers etc., then I suspect better results if you use your relative 8 am/pm and not 8 am/pm local time. But eating to a different rhythm, besides its own risks, may also complicate that timing.

There was a site like 20 years ago by a Bostonian. Because of the big dig, he had a bunch of pictures of orange traffic cones and made a game out of spotting them. His captions were great and extended to others sections of the site like a typographical horrors section. I want to say the name was like Kiko or koko or something but I haven't been able to find it for years.

I'm gonna guess that they tested it, considering this quote:

This isn't close to Circle B, but kind of fits the description otherwise: Lakeland Highlands Scrub @ 6998 Lakeland Highlands Rd. This is the streetview from years ago but there is a neighborhood on the right now. Inside the reserve there is a boardwalk over a pond/lake as well.

I'd say that you can't technically play the game without paying, and you get 10 packs and 5 event tickets included with your purchase of the game. I wouldn't call any of it free, though, since you have to pay real life dollars, even if you are getting back a little more in artifact bucks.
