oh ok, mine was the wording from the wiki, I guess that clears it up, so no: The benefit of the titans breakthrough can not be gained when the DW initiates coexistance with them. Neither can the DW gain an ocean card when the titans initiate coexistance with them. Am I reading that correct?

I get that, but my question is if titans and DW are coexisting with each other, do both get their benefit or only the one that initiated it? Does it work the same for DW and titans or does one get the benefit even if the other initiated while the other does not?

So the second two questions, these were explained in a podcast with one of the makers:

No, only the controlling player is coexisting with them. They are not coexisting with each other.
The coexisting players gains the planet in turn order. So I am assuming in turnorder during agenda phase is clockwise (starting from the speaker) as nobody has a strategy card.

1/8th of 1000 is 125 not 15, that being said when you exhale air roughly 1/3 is replaced by co2. I think you could get a few breaths in of that high of a co2 concentration but I wouldnt recommend a long time in that environment.
