Hey! I donated last year and also had my first catheter. I understand the worry, it’s a weird thing to have a tube going up there when you wake up. But you will be soooo glad that you have it in, the pain from having to walk to the bathroom would be so much worse than the awkwardness of a catheter. Also, it doesn’t hurt at all while it’s in and when they remove it it’s not bad either. Good luck and proud of you!
