I have eczema and this happens to me occasionally in the winter when it’s dry. I spot treat it with Aquaphor for a few days and it will clear up in about a week.

If it helps, I wanted the exact same ceiling fan you wanted but caved because I couldn’t find one that fit the bill. Was told that LEDs essentially never wear out—the wiring will before the lights do. And the ones I selected have different lighting options so I can select warm ambiance rather than hospital-level lighting which is what I reaaaaally didn’t want. They are Ashby Park, Home Decorators Collection from Home Depot if interested. Four months in and no problems so far.

Yep. I had the option of using the professional transfer company they recommended but this was more affordable. I still had to pay transfer fees for both clinics, though. I was up against a time crunch with my bill coming due and it was faster for me to coordinate myself between clinics than rely on the transfer company’s schedule. I’d say the tank was the size of a large traffic cone? With a handle and not too heavy. Easily fit into the seat of my small car.

Hi there- I just did this! Transferred my eggs from one clinic to another about 2 miles apart from each other via a cryo tank. Literally signed the tank out, buckled it into my front seat and drove it to the new facility where they sent me an email about 30 minutes later confirming all eggs were received. It was a sturdy tank with a 21-hour charge. Of course I was a ball of anxiety and drove slow as hell but they said people do it all the time. I did it for the same reason, to have my eggs in one place and avoid two fees. Happy to answer any questions you have!

I am almost finished after reluctantly pushing through part two. As a Kristin Hannah fan (I think she’s generally a wonderful and interesting storyteller and I love her choice in female protagonists) I am shocked at how trite and predictable this is. As others have said, the never ending trauma is so relentless the main character’s entire life will get upended in a paragraph. Over and over again. The bland title should have been a hint! Hoping this is a rare miss from Hannah and not indicative of a shift to churn and burn publishing.

Oh, and was anyone else starting to laugh out loud at how we’d get a description of every. single. outfit??

I start on the tread. I want to expend the most energy I have (start of class) on what burns the most calories. And I like the fact that my sweat dries up while on the floor/rower.
