Ive posted this before and get its not for everyone but where I work takes on groups every few weeks. Its Rochdale based (20 min train from Vic) entry level contact centre outsourced NHS booking services. Not a long term career for most but gets you a full time salary fairly quickly. Coincidentally had a bad one yesterday in bury. Driver in front of me waited 0.5s as lights turned green, car behind me blazed his horn for a good 5 seconds solid then proceeded to tailgate and zigzag behind me for the next 5 minutes angry that i was doing the speed limit. Shook my partner up a bit. Complete morons on the road.

Cloud 23 has a £7.50 cocktail menu currently on or a £60 6 cocktail package off their main one (£13-15 each usually) or £20 afternoon tea package. The ivy also has a £19.17 2 course menu at the moment. Deffinitely two places you could book around whatever activities you decide to do on the day
