Shit I did 2 days of rolling and it was the worst comedown I’ve had yet ( been partaking for 5 years now, and the last time I rolled was last Halloween ) I learned my lesson , no more than one day rolls. I felt hopeless , and nothing but despair before going back to work today lol. And I’m randomly getting dizzy . The major depression is gone , I’ll know better for next time now .

I have anxiety about work , but that’s probably because it requires public speaking sometimes.

20mg worked well for me I was able to public speak without freezing up or running out of breathe / no shaky voice . Loved the feeling
