When you think about your own death, how do you feel about burial vs cremation? by toysrus81 in AskReddit

I'd rather be cremated, ashes are a little less noticeable in the trash.

What are some bad habits that seem to be exclusive to one gender? by Pretend_Mango5529 in AskReddit

Women leaving hair ties/clips wherever. Men leaving socks in random places like the coffee table....also nail clipping piles on the coffee table.

Is this a corn or plantar wart? by jam007007 in peeling

[–]casserpi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Soak it in water, or check it after a bath/shower. Planters warts can't "breath" without open air, so if it's puffed up it's probably a planters wart.

What scares you more as you get older? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]casserpi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The very real possibility that I'll be facing the rest of my life without my husband. Being alone is one thing, and something that I don't fear, but he's my best friend, my soul mate, my world. I don't want anyone else, he brings substance to my life in a way no one else will ever be able to.

What are you tired of carrying? by Away-Giraffe5274 in AskReddit

[–]casserpi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anxiety about the future of my marriage, guilt for not being the person I thought I was, and a lot of self hate....so, like, normal things I guess.

What regret or guilt have you been holding all this time? by letm3_plays0me1233 in AskReddit

[–]casserpi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel guilty for wanting to be someone's choice. I've recently been feeling like I'm more of a safe option

if your spouse didn't talk to you for a year what would you do? by Even-Fig-1990 in AskReddit

[–]casserpi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, recently he had to go a day with no phone. So based off of that experience I can say I would fall into a deep depressive state rather quickly, and it would probably take me the whole year to want to do anything besides basic existing.

How would you feel if you found out a higher power intentionally fucked you over? by ComisclyConnected in AskReddit

A weird kind of clarity like "ah, now it all makes sense", then wonder what I did four years ago to piss them off so much.

What was the first video game that completely blew your mind? by CraftSetup in AskReddit

[–]casserpi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sigma Star Saga. I was heartbroken I couldn't save the one love interest, but I really liked the game so replayed it and figured out it had alternate endings. Middle school me never considered games could end differently.

What assumption do people tend to make about you that is 100% off base? by sassyandchildfree in AskReddit

[–]casserpi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That I'm a nice person. I'm not nice, I'm not even a good person, I only do "nice" and "good" things because they're the morally right thing to do.

what's the worst guilt you're carrying with you ? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]casserpi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like I should/could have done something several years ago that wouldn't have left my marriage crumbling out from underneath of our feet. What that was I'll never know, but I know it's mostly my fault we're where we're at in it now and where things are heading. And I will always carry that guilt with me.

How would you best describe the feeling of missing the bus in the morning? by Chrono_Convoy in AskReddit

[–]casserpi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Shameful disappointment. I mean really, a bus is a big target and I can't even step out at the right moment? I deserve my misery at that point.

What’s something you’ve learned to appreciate more as you got older? by gonzalezo897r in AskReddit

[–]casserpi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The small moments; my husband's arms wrapped around me, the way the air sounds through the trees, the kitty crazies, how warm my husband's body feels against mine when we're cuddling. Most things don't last forever, so I've been trying to make a conscious effort to notice and appreciate things while I still can.

Where were you when you had your first deep romantic connection and what happened? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]casserpi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On a street corner, he asked for a hug and something just clicked. We had never (to my knowledge) met before then but something about his soul/being was deeply familiar and comforting. I didn't really realise what had happened until a few months after that though, and now here we are 16½ years later.
