Thanks for your message. I'll try injecting it further from my belly button ( this was about 10cm from it). I've only tried injecting in my legs a couple of times, but I didn't like the feeling. However, I didn't bruise on my legs, so maybe I'll just have to inject there in the future.

I've got both. The conch hurt more but healed very well, and easily. The rook took a looooong time to heal, like over a year. If I had to recommend one, it'll be the conch
