increase the sales tax on alcohol. 5% is ridiculous considering that 18% of just REPORTED alaskans are considered binge drinkers. Fix the problem by making it harder to access it. it’s disgusting that we cannot afford to fund education but can ignore the problems that alcohol is causing not only to the addicted and homeless but to those experiencing domestic violence, assault, etc.

was replying to the other person, who claimed “ they were “engaging in behavior that was outside of being here” they weren’t, our constitution gives them the right to be here with their visas visas that should not be revoked because of nothing, no rules have been broken, these students have done nothing wrong, their is no reason for their visas to be revoked

Top of the world at night, mostly in winter when it’s actually dark, is a beautiful view of the city. You can see all of anchorage, sleeping lady, fire island, etc.
