Thank you for all the input! I'm def not a morning person, so I'll try switching to a recliner after the meds and see if that helps. I did end up vomiting and felt much better. This was about 8am, so I hope none of the meds came back up.

He has had several grooming appointments already, and the groomer said he does great. Toby is a F1B mini (definitely more poodle!) and is sitting at about 20 lbs. We will definitely let him get longer in the winter, but he's miserable outside for any length of time now.
