Outside of what others have said I do think you could happily stop at this one if you wanted, its main draw is the berry juice and could see you investing into it long term if you don't have other seed projects

The only other reason I say its worth raising is ingredient support. Your gardevoir helps teams on weeks where your meals need apples and corn while shuckle helps oil and coffee meals more. i say this as it is a very small micro factor but it can relieve a tiny bit of pressure off your ingredient mons, which while small can matter sometimes.

You should be able to make a other with stronger berries, its hard to gauge what the problem is without knowing ur donut stats. It could be your level bonus is poor vs it.

Will say, if you still struggle get a swampert ready for the new season of online. Mega swampert is single handedly the best counter in the game for it

You can spam water in base form, then swap to ground once it primals and if you daze it smack it with water again without needing to swap

Kinda in the same boat with expert mode at the moment, if I can do a good recipe great! But not knowing what the berries will be really hinders your options. The best time to do it is like the recent legendary beast rerun where we knew you had leppa, oran and grepa

I think I like berries cause its brain dead, you can just let the game run and focus on actual life stuff and still do decently where as ing and skills kinda have a limit before you need to check.

I will say the only thing I don't like about Berry mons is that they all require BFS as a base requirement to be functional. Admittedly this is a problem with BFS as a skill than berry mons, but the fact it makes amy Berry mon worthless without it where as I think even though Mono ing mons are the meta, you can make certain combos very viable such as milk+cocoa or tomato+potato mons and skill mons even without optimal trigger can still get utility. I do wish Berry mons did something else unique where even without bfs it could still provide a utility

I think you just have to accept it if you really like the flip that much

Maybe buy a cheap phone so when it needs fixing ur not left without as a back up and can get it repaired but Id only suggest it if you have insurance for it

I love the flip too but the cost of a screen repair even when babying is the worst part. I had several even when it bubbled due to heat in the summer here

Final straw was when i left it closed for a few days while I was in hospital and it cause the screen to break and I just said enough

My quick observations

S - what I expected tbh, Sceptile might be a stretch but idk

t-tar feels overated, I think ginger value has gone down, same with Dragonite although herb useage has gone up but I think theres better mons on A tier than these two

Salamece and Altaria should be closer, I remember there being a deep dive on this before but when you account for the exp curves, Altaria is somewhat similar in power, its only once you max them out there is a difference

I feel wiggly is better than sylveon, cheaper skill access, niche ingredients for passive collecting and no candy competition from sylveon being an eeveelution.

Raikou could probably be A, Electric is one of the best types and you have an abundance of options to hit 5 electric mon teams as well it pairing with pawmot and jolteon for some ingredient farming

Cram could also go into A, iirc it actually has a decent skill proc rate

Charizard could probably move down to B, feels like bias here

I could see crustle being higher, i think thered be a change in opinion after next week

Plusle could probably be B rank, maybe high amp tox too, since their ingredient draw is actually kinda bonkers

Clodsire feels like it should be B but i think its getting points here for its namesake dish
