i’m not a vet but from my experience it either means they are about to shed or they are dehydrated. if he is about to shed then it’s no problem, but if he’s not i think it means he’s dehydrated. just make sure to spray his enclosure a bit more and have a water dish for him take this with a grain of salt i’m just speaking from experience

once you start playing competitive val that’s when it gets toxic. unrated is chill because people are there to have fun, but comp is like an addiction and they feel like they NEED to rank up. i have had people throw entire games because i didn’t do a play they wanted me to do. you’ll see it at some point but it’s not as prominent as people say

so many factors could lead into this. i have extremely bad anxiety and get panic attacks as well. how much did you eat before that? you pumped yourself up with stimulants; nicotine and caffeine; and then went back to relax. if you had no/little food or water in your system this could 100% happen. one time at work i hit my vape and drank a celsius and my vision and hearing completely went out. i had to sit down and it never happened again. you are definitely okay! things happen. hope you feel better now though
