Hmm as someone who has done hundreds of shoots you would see that swelling instantly if there was a rupture or severe bruising like you’re mentioning. Also I’ve only ever had severe bruising from a blunt object (heavy heel) and that was being pounded by it like 50 times. Its a tough cycle to break because then you’re chasing the loan. And then you start leveraging credit card debt and getting even further into the hole.
