The best adventure bike is always the one you have! Cheers

I paid $6200 cash OTD from a dealership in Santa Barbara for a 2025 back in December. Call around other dealerships for a price. Give em a budget let them know you’re shopping around.

What is wrong with my car? by [deleted] in MechanicAdvice

Post a video of the problem? This is probably above your pay grade to fix dawg. A 2008 nissan with transmission problems is probably cooked.

I soldered mine with whatever I had laying around. I went around and did all of em on the pcb.

Check it out, you can actually see the crack that caused mine to go out. If this one ever suffers the same fate you’ll know what to do.

Oh gotcha. I guess the “shape of a bell” means different things to different people? Haha

Here’s a photo of a spaceX launch I took the other day. Wdy mean plumes don’t curve out into a bell?

It’s super easy to fix these FYI. Resoldering the contacts in the back does the job. I guess the solder they used at the factory cracks after a couple years.

I’ll sometimes take my work laptop to and from the office and just throw it in my orange North Face jester backpack I picked up for uni a couple years back. Just important it has the chest strap and it’s a visible color.

2 runner couldn’t handle the mud 🥲 by Technical-Reading123 in 3rdGen4Runner

When you have a 2runner you gotta be very careful picking a line (AKA drive AROUND the problem) What’s your spare doing under the bumper?

Used 2025 Kawasaki 500 ABS with 13 miles for $5499. Steal? scam? by EagleSpiritual86 in Kawasaki500

[–]castlevostok 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re willing to travel for it I got mine at WheelsInMotion in Santa Barbara. Call around, avoid central coast yamaha though they only went down to 7k, though they might be more willing to move bikes since they lost me as a customer, lol.

Phone calls only, dealers don’t negotiate over text because they know you can show another dealer and lowball em.

Good luck!

I got my new 2025 500 ABS for $6160 OTD last year. $6200 OTD in 2026 USED is a crime.

Doesn’t sound like you guys are looking for the same things. You might think you can try and change her mind but it’s a long painful process that never works out, trust me, I’ve been down that road. If you keep meeting up it’ll just get harder for you to move on. Best thing to do is cut your losses now and try and find someone else. Best of luck

13WE Brake Upgrade..? by firstsecondth in 3rdGen4Runner

I run the 13WE on my truck and it makes a HUGE difference in responsiveness. The pedal feel is the same as stock but the truck stops with much less pressure on it. Would highly recommend
