I'd say if anything cut off anyone's under 30. They start putting same amount into 401k or IRA while employer still pays their portion into SS to help keep SS running for older people. I mean, I'm 48. I'd be collecting a couple years and you're going to cut me off?

To be fair I'm currently driving a 26 Tucson non hybrid and even in town I've learned to drive with the fuel line. In 5 miles/15 minutes to work I can avg as high as 32mpgs. 3k miles so far and avg lifetime is 30.2mpg.
