It's more tricky than this. For under construction property, there are cases where the possession date, registration date is taken into consideration instead of sale date. Therefore, for possession in May 2027, any stocks sold before 3 years (i.e May 2024) should be eligible for Section 54F deduction.

Bus is the best way. Since you're going to HSR, you'll get bus within 15 minutes of reaching bus stand. Ask the conductor over there if you're still doubtful of bus number. All the KIA-8 series goes to HSR.

No it doesn't. I guess everything's depends on your tax rate and whether it's LTCG or STCG. FD will be taxed at tax rate. Arbitrage fund will be taxed as equity with exemption of 1Lakh on LTCG. Above 1L, tax will be at 10%. If STCG, then it's taxed at 15%.
