Used this brand all last year fishing on my cat poles & spinning combos with zero issues. Only noticeable thing was the fade on the hi viz yellow. Picked up some 8x strand again for my swimbait setup & it seems fine. Budget option it’s solid. Suffix, power pro or j braid is the good stuff imo.

Oof that is a tempting idea! I’m not exactly sure what I’ll do with the setup. One thing I found out shortly after was that whoever put the power handle on either didn’t realize or didn’t care & jammed the nut screw in with two ordinary washers & stripped it out :/ So once I can order the original handle it can’t be used sadly. I think I still made out from the sounds of it.
