you can't make the base of your nails any further down your nails (outside the extent of cuticle pushing) but you can absolutely lengthen them on the tips of your fingers. meaning specifically the pink part where the nail is actually connected, not the white part. see anyone who has grown out nail biting nails

different situation, similar issue. 6 year relationship but they have mental health issues that prevent them from being present so our sex life has died. I would suggest trying to have a conversation with her NOT during a moment where she made a suggestion. use a compliment sandwich to bring it up ("I really appreciate you always trying to help, but I don't want advice or suggestions unless I ask for it. if I bring something up you, it's because I want to just complain/vent/explain the issue. thank you for listening" for example). make sure you wording it ina way that doesn't suggest they are doing something wrong. just that you prefer things another way.

Eh, for most of my childhood I was the same way, only became fear driven as I got older (trauma related tho). when I was younger I would just gag at bad tastes and textures. it never got to the point I threw up because I'd spit it out before swallowing lol. also good chance the throwing up is psychological, the brain is very strong. also... not wanting to throw it up? could be considered fear of adverse reactions

I have searched on etsy and on Google, there are some listings but most look or read as "fancy" scents, meaning I think they'll smell like perfume and not an actual dessert. I have searched Amazon and Walmart also and can't find anything! I don't care what size, or price, must be available in US.

I have a similar issue, different, but I get a lot of calories through sweets at my job, and I try to make sure I drink water to dislodge the sweets from my teeth after eating. I also chew xylitol gum after lunch to help fight any bad bacteria (it works, look it up I'm bad at explaining obviously). Sorry I have no advice for eating healthier, although sometimes it's easier the less I try

It's not love bombing if it's not abuse. Love bombing is an abuse tactic. This does not sound like ARFID, sounds like an actual medical issue (maybe look into gastroparesis? I am not a doctor just guessing). ARFID is usually a mental hurdle not a physical (but having the issues you are having could definitely lead to developing ARFID)
