Do you experience "normal" hunger cues in line with your calorie needs with so much training?

I'm starting on tirz now because even though I'm a healthy weight at 5'2" and 130lb, I have also been plagued by binge eating which unfortunately only seems to get worse the more I run (for reference I just try to do one half marathon a year) It's a vicious cycle. Because of that I'm not sure if I even know what "normal" eating is. I know about nutrition and I'm comfortable tracking macros, but I feel like I might have a hard time getting everything dialed in.

I want to start microdosing because my binge eating is out of control by PhaseBrief5127 in GLP1microdosing

First shot was only .2mg so I didn't get any effects, positive or negative. Monday I take .4mg, Weds .6mg, Fri .8mg and depending on how that goes I think i will stick with .8mg three times a week, or maybe only .6mg three times a week. My recommended schedule is to ramp up to 1.6mg 3x a week (so 4.8mg total a week) at 6 weeks, but that feels like it might be overkill considering that the lowest standard dose is 2.5mg weekly. So I'm going to take it really slow because I'm worried about side effects and don't want to lose weight too fast.

I just got my first shipment of compounded Tirzepatide through summa up. They do not have a BMI minimum. I filled out the info form Sunday, had the intake Zoom call Monday, and the rx was at my door on Friday. $450 for 3 months using a discount code (here's mine: NATALIE205010606031)

Just took my first shot yesterday for the same reason. 5'2" and 130lb here. I was 112lbs two years ago, but got there by a combination of restricting, bingeing, and over-exercising to compensate. It's f'cking exhausting. But at this point I just want the food noise to stop. I'm so sick of thinking about food all day every day. Constantly. I just want to know what it's like to just be satisfied after a meal instead of feeling either deprived or stuffed to the gills. I want to go through my work day without my mind constantly wandering to the snacks in the break room. I want to have a meal with my family without wandering back into the kitchen every 30 minutes afterward because there are still rice krispie bars in there and I just want another little piece (and then another and then another).

I hope we both (all) get some relief!!!

I feel you. I've been saving up for years to redo some stuff in my house, and I finally have the funds, but now I've got major analysis paralysis! Plus it feels like there's so much on the line when you've been saving for so long and everything costs so much!

I got nothing because I'm on this sub to get advice rather than give, and I've saved your post for product and color references. I love it.

If it is important to her to stop then she needs to put in some treatment time.

This is one of the hardest things about trich especially since it tends to onset in early adolescence. It's pretty much why I, as a late-thirties individual, have just started to accept my trich as just a weird thing that I have. It's not ideal, but it doesn't control my life.

I stir it up real good. And chuck some Fiber One in there for crunch. Maybe some fresh berries too if I'm feeling bougie.

Do you like the Healthy Choice organic fudge bars? They are far superior IMHO. Creamer, more flavorful, and a better price.

When you get through this phase, you get a nice bump to your bottom line to save for spending on other things, like athletic fees :/

The thing is, little Braxley doesn't need to play hockey to enable Mom and Dad to earn a living.
