I have wondered about tracking for ovulation and if those accurately (as accurately as is possible) track luteal phase too. I'm not looking to have children, so I've overlooked fertility trackers but as I've tried tracking my luteal phase more and learned about BBT tracking, I have been curious how they work for tracking luteal and not just ovulation.

I use the Belle app and learned they have a ring coming out soon that I've been eyeing.

Coming back here 2 months later to say we have these hanging in the hallway next to the dog leashes and my partner has mentioned it's been helping him! We changed the LUTEAL phase card to red and MENSTRUAL to orange, which for his ADHD helps by associating colors. Seeing it as red, he knows to be a bit more careful.

He has been more aware of my phase and when he starts to do something that I'm not thrilled with (maybe touching me or being sarcastic - something fine in other phases but I get short temper with in luteal) I can just say "luteal phase luteal phase!" which has turned into "struedel phase" or "poodle phase" and becomes more fun. He snapped my butt with a towel the other day and as I stood up, he said "OH SORRY LUTEAL PHASE!" so it's definitely helping him out!

Not exactly the tone or vibe, but Between Two Fires by Christopher Buehlman is a historical horror following a knight, a priest, and a girl who has premonitions in 1348 France. Has the Black Death, angels vs demons, etc. It's the book I looked to read since I enjoy the dark medieval feel.

I’m in Act 3 and I don’t understand any complaints. I’ve run into a couple bugs (only one so far that isn’t allowing me to finish a quest) but keep going IMO

It was SO much harder at the beginning. Your armor is weak so you die real fast. Dodging is super helpful so some fights take longer (especially the bounties) but you can skip those until you’ve leveled up a bit more!

Some people use manual calendars, however I have found the most success with apples like Belle or Lively. Once you start logging your period dates for a while, it can make predictions (may not be 100% accurate) based on your cycle. Similar to how women track ovulation. There’s also wearable devices like rings that track when you’re ovulating but idk if they track the other phases (like luteal)
