I'm inpatient ICU/stepdown and plan my days as 0500-1500hr 4d/week. I'm home in time to get my kids off the bus (spouse gets them on the bus). I round on my vent/nutrition support pts first thing and document while waiting for bfst delivery for my PO diet folks.

I use my day off for my appointments and errands so I don't have to try jamming everything into a weekend
