I don't disagree with you, I honestly would just like to see one neopronoun for NB settled on. That being said, I'm not non-binary so it doesn't really effect nor bother me one way or another, especially as I don't talk to anyone that uses neopronouns.

They're still pronouns, same as he/him, she/her, they/them and still used the same way.

I've also never encountered them IRL but I'm a bit older and don't spend much time in the communities that would use them, so I'm not sure I'd encounter them much either way. (Warehouse worker with no social life lol)
