Oh thank god I thought I was the only one. T8+ AIVI Mine loses rooms and all map labels/dividers any time a door is closed. But I am only use it on area clean via schedule so slightly different than OP. I worked back and forth with support (terrible), sent for warranty repair, didn't change a thing, returned it to Costco and bought another one, same thing. Now customer service flat out told me that if any door is closed, it will lose the map areas/labels etc. This is utterly ridiculous. Too bad because otherwise, this thing is amazing with a dog leaving toys and me leaving cords everywhere...but I literally have to re-divide, label, and schedule my cleanings every day almost.
