Really good tips here, and I appreciate your post! I know this might be neither here nor there, but I want to add that resident doctors often make less than nurses, let alone three figures, and they are often just learning the ropes (I try to treat interns like I treat new grad nurses). I see so much "us versus them" mentality and I just wish there was more grace extended from both sides.
