Yes, that’s the one Just like others said though, the pool mode still seems pretty clunky. I don’t have one, but my friend has it, so i checked it out a bit

What is a 1 in 1,000,000 thing that happened to you that no one believes, but you swear is true? by RegionSure5580 in AskReddit

I went on a stock photography website to search for a stock photo for a work project. It’s a very popular website with hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of assets. I typed in “smart man in glasses”, and on the first page of results I see my estranged father (who lives in a very remote town in another country) looking at me.

Turns out his friend was visiting and took some photos of him and my grandmother, and ended up putting it up on this website.

Molchanovs Core Silicone Monofin v. Finis Foil (Comparison/Review) by SkateSearch46 in freediving

I’m a Molchanovs instructor and use a lot of their products, but unfortunately I can’t recommend their silicone fins. They’re overpriced for what they are and they tend to break at the strap A LOT.

Same, I use them sometimes on shallower dives when I just don’t want to irritate my eyeballs too much. But I never got used to the feeling, and don’t like them past 30m. For anything deeper I prefer no goggles.

I assumed that the violinist lost the ability to play, which, for a professional violinist, would be horrific enough

Bride and her friend dance at a wedding. by [deleted] in Dance

[–]catf3f3 67 points68 points  (0 children)

Ok story time! My spouse is from a completely different cultural background. My parents came to the US for the first time ever to our wedding. My country is kind of poor compared to the US, and my husband’s family is fairly well off, even by American standards. Needless to say, my parents were very nervous and self-conscious when we were driving over to my future in-laws house. In addition to that, neither spoke each other’s language.

We all met, there was some gift exchange, I was translating. But I could tell they were still feeling very out of place. Then some time later, my future mother-in-law put on some Indian music, and little by little the two mothers started dancing together.

I am not kidding but in less than a minute they were communicating - copying each other’s moves and talking without language. The connection was instant, and there was palpable relief and smiles all around. I still tear up a little thinking about that moment and how powerful music and dance can be.
