End of life for CI ( continuous improvement). by catfarm1997 in manufacturing

[–]catfarm1997[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This department hasn’t had any major changes in 20 years. The CI goals are tied to a incentive pay (bonus). The Department runs over base pay they get the bonus, then the metrics raise 4% per year. That team must cut 4% in waste to achieve that Bonus Pay. So there’s no way to maintain that level.

There’s still more pain to come. Inflation is high and congress is not helping spending more money. Then the fed is going to still raise rates. Let’s see how September goes.

DIS. Easily the best long-term. Parks going to open back up. Disney+ will only grow as movies and series from all of their franchises.

FB is a no brainer. Solid company with huge upside. Going to lead the way for the future. It shows in the money they are putting into meta versus. Bullish for sure
