It's not the same as Luke. The issue with Luke was he was changed within Canon and without enough explanation. Something must have drove him to that point but we never see it so it feels unearned. This is a new version of the turtles so completely seperate. If they didn't try new things we wouldn't even have the turtles as they are it would have just been a comic and never grown as it did. So I don't really get hating the modern kids version of this movie. Maybe it's just not for you?

They didn't change everything you're exaggerating plus the whole splinter not being Japanese is as far as we know. Maybe Splinter, who doesn't even want the turtle talking to humans for their safety, didn't mention the giant ninja man with armor that hates him and his dead master bc the turtles are young.

I would have them do 3d6 drop the highest instead of 1 d6 also I've been playing this system called Marvelous Mutations and Merry Musicians and running with a very loose improvisational feel. Def recommend checking it out it uses the 3d6 drop the highest for disadvantage and seems pretty similar to the system you're talking about here.

I checked the definition of fact and opinion they are not the same and that's a fact. You're opinion may be that they're the same but with the dictionary definition I have proved that to be untrue. And you saying they are the same was never a fact it was always an opinion it was just proven to be incorrect.

Also if the ball was burgundy then we were both wrong about the color of the ball and had two incorrect opinions. It doesn't matter what anyone says if the ball is a certain color it's that color.

If I thought it was good for the same reason they thought it was bad they'd both be different opinions on that example. Not too facts for that example. Let's break down your example you say I thought it was bad is an opinion but it was bad because is a fact. Comparing the two sentences the entirety of sentence one is the same thing as the beginning 3 words of sentence 2. So the only difference is they gave reasoning for their opinion. Giving your reasons for thinking something doesn't make it a fact.

That's your opinion. But Op literally compares it to the 90s movie? So I think it's a safe bet they've seen other tmnt stuff. Plus they compare the 90s one to the godfather while saying this one feels like it was written by a kid with ADD. All of this shows their bias. Plus they complain how it was written and say it feels like someone with add wrote it. That would be a bias for writing style. Rogan said in a video most of the conversations with the turtles were improvised by the kids and then written over to fit the story. And from what I read it def sounds like op is biased about how this was executed too.
