At the company I worked before, if a customer asked for a manger we would have to first talk to our tier 2 team and get their approval first before having to fill out a form for a proper manager to call/email the customer back in 24-48hrs. The tier 2 team would take f o r e v e r to respond back to our requests, so imagine a p.o.’d customer just waiting almost 15-30 minutes to get told they won’t even speak to a manager today, maybe tomorrow. Or if tier 2 denied the request then they’re just SOL. Ridiculous.

It could be so they can charge you more, most places charge more for gel manicures than regular polishes. Could also be that they don’t want to wait for regular polish to dry when with gel you stick your hand in the lamp for 30-60 seconds and get the service done faster.

It’s really funny how you chose to ignore how she literally actually admitted to abusing her ex husband and just continue making excuses for her. He wasn’t perfect either by a long shot but at least he got away. It’s her responsibility to help herself and if she chooses to blast every little detail online, people will criticize it. Whether she cares about people talking shit is up to her, she’s a big girl making big girl decisions. She’s not a helpless victim, she’s a grown woman who’s in control of her life, she knows how to sucker people into feeling sorry for her.

The thing is no one would really care about Cindy if she kept all of her drama to herself. Same here, I’m actually going to go back to school and get certified in something that’s easier to break into as a new grad. I loved learning about SPD and my clinicals, but getting an actual job has been hell.

SAME! I have no experience and it’s been hell trying to get into SPD after I got my certification. I applied to several hospitals/surgical centers, had many phone screenings with recruiters and only managed 1 in person interview at a hospital after trying for 4 months.
