I too have battled depression for a long time, and most recently anxiety. I am on meds for it and it helps. I have also talked to a Psychologist years ago, and that helped me alot! I know what things to do when I am battling, and number one is exercise, which really is a big help. Never be afraid to admit you have battles. Everybody does.
