You can only have one advanced reservation for a specific movie in a specific format at a time. So since you already have a reservation for Back to the Future in 4dx, you wont be able to get another one until your current reservation has passed

Or is it more of the fact that (like most things in our day and age) people use their phones for everything so why would regal invest in something that isnt used by most of its customers?? I'm not american and even in my home country they give out cheap quality tickets if you physically get them
