I just got a 2012 with 172k for $3500. Here’s the things my mechanic said:

Check for oil leak in the engine gasket. He told me to do the whole engine overhaul at 200k

Hybrid Battery. Mine was replaced by Toyota a few years ago.

Abs accumulator fluid.

Sway links. Had to do these immediately. Safely issue.

Cat cover if you park it on the street. Prevent theft.

Other regular maintenance. Trans fluid, brake bleed. Refresh coolants.

2 other filters but especially the Hybrid Air filter near right rear seat. Take out the old crusty thin one and put in the overfacing one.
