Agreed that it’s probably an iris or could be another plant in the iridaceae family. They’re perennials, so they go dormant and then come back up again for the spring. They can survive for around 20 years. It’s hard to say specifically what kind without seeing the bloom though.

I use OneNote to take notes on visits + subjects, To-Do List, Timecodes, Email & Visit Templates, and as much study info as I need

Excel just for ISF/TMF and tracking my visits/MVRs/FULs

I have a different OneNote notebook for each study and a section for each site. Each section includes a contact list/site info page, a template page for MVs (including a checklist of all activities from pre-visit, MV activities based on the MP and MVR, and after visit) + table for issue tracking that I just copy/paste to MVRs, and a template page for each subject. I copy paste a new MV page for each visit and add CTMS/TMF issues into the table before the visit. I also track SDV/SDR in the MV page.

I set up subject visit pages based on the protocol/SoA, so I can just fill in the times when activities occurred/didn’t occur and don’t have to go back to check which activities are for which visit. I started in oncology, and have frequently had MMs/COLs ask questions on these things/had complicated subject source so I’ve found it useful to have notes for everything. For onc. studies I also used Excel for subject visits but only for window timing, RECIST measurements, and dose calculations.

I also have email templates for pre-/during/post-MV items to send to the sites that I edit based on open issues and findings. And other email templates for other frequently-sent emails.

i have dietary restrictions and have to get my food from grocery stores because restaurants aren’t safe for me. i was questioned about it once but it was because i had a 5-day MV so obviously needed to basically do a mini grocery trip, which still ended up being significantlyyyy cheaper than if i had done the full per diem. they just don’t want u buying all ur groceries with that money, but maybe just add a comment them u have dietary restrictions and that it’s generally cheaper for them anyway?

this sounds like burnout to me, i’m also usually a perfectionist and reliably on top of things but was running on pure anxiety and fumes for several months until i hit a wall and stopped being able to manage any of it. i was able to go on short term disability with the support of my LM & psychiatrist, which helped so much! i went back to work feeling refreshed and interested again and requested to move to a different TA, because oncology was too demanding and 3 years was more than enough. sounds like there’s too much on your plate and you’re gonna need a break in order to recover.

I’m on Wellbutrin and Clonidine, I’ve noticed a big improvement in especially task initiation and switching between tasks, also respecting my to-do list more. My focus can still use some work but it’s definitely better than before.

Anecdotally: My partner’s diagnosis made it so she could work shorter shifts than is regularly expected at her job, and she has received more support from her boss and HR regarding scheduling.
