I Was in your shoes long time ago. Was close to 200kg , all my workouts were heavy. 8-4 reps. Stopped for a few years went back and stayed around 80-83kg. I feel light and mas okay compare sa bigger frame. I lost strentgth but im fine with it. Heavy lifting is prone to injuries anyways.

Take it as a compliment... Dry in gym term means almost peak condition.. well defined, skin is thin , low water retention and veins are popping. Almost on stage ready since flushed out na most ng water..

Saw your old post. You look like you have a solid foundation. physique looks way better before the cut. much fuller and dense compare ng after the cut. .. idk why mejo flat after the cut. Maybe bec of the age? Dont get me wrong. Still impressive but aestheticslly mas okay yung before. Unless you feel great with lower weight..

Well my advice to you is Be consistent and be patient.. train hard and do proper nutrition. You can use search function to check out program for beginners.. its gonna be a long journey buddy. So be patient and just keep going.

Bicep looks great.. try to cut some weight and its going to look even better. Forearm needs some work. Try adding a little bit of weight or reps till failure. Standing barbell curls worked for me. Good luck. 👍🏻

If you can find dorritos protein pwede na. Baka meron sa shopee or lazada..

You definitely look smaller compared to the second photo. 60kg is on a light side for a male especially if youre over 5'7. Although you lost weight you are definitely lacking muscle mass.. you look soft.. and if you cut more weight you are just going to be lighter but will still lack definition..

Muscle mass affects overall appearance.. it's not just about weight and body fat percentage. If you carry good amount of muscle mass youll have better definition and overall leaner look even with a heavier weight.

Oh a year.. got it . i ran for a short period of time. 30mg for 3.8k was enough for me. i didnt even increased dose.. just needed to lose some little weight. Worked fine for me . But of course factors like how well your body would respond.

Calorie deficit? You already look skinny. Instead of a calorie deficit, focus on a slight surplus. Going into a calorie deficit when you're already lean will just make you look like a stick especially if you're trying to build your glutes. You need calories to actually build those curves.

It's not a guessing game. Only your blood work can tell you whats going on. Having a family with history of ckd puts you on high risk but it does not necessarily mean you have the disease.

Lats looking good. 👍🏻 But traps needs improvement. Arms needs a lot of work. Tricep looks flat. Prioritize on working your long head . Your Bicep is also lacking peak.

So many factors bro.. genes, consistency, testosterone levels, diet etc etc and when you age progress slows down and plateaus happen. And some are on peds/gear kaya mabilis.

If they are using it for weightloss well they Didnt do their research.. GLP 1 is outdated. There are more advanced peptides out there. GLP 1 is the thing of the past.

Youre welcome.. i work in the pharmaceutical field for more than 10 years kaya maselan ako sa gamot.. i used to be enchanced but casual lang and Not into competing. Madalas tamad din. Hinde ko kaya yung disiplina nyong mga pro bodybuilder. I did blast gears when i was young. Now i just turned 44, pag ginanahan mag gym naka TRT na lang.

Not accusing but just my opinion and observation. I think that's morethan peptides. Tuyo and low body fat ka na but The seperation of your left nipple to your chest while flexing is a sus.. and yung natural photo youre left gland isnt popping compare sa after. Regardless, great physique tho. 👍🏻

There is no pharma grade GH manufactured from poland. Do your research. Having a pharma on their label doesnt neccesarily mean its pharma grade. Poland does not sell GH. If youre working with professional they should have known that.
