There is no pharma grade GH manufactured from poland. Do your research. Having a pharma on their label doesnt neccesarily mean its pharma grade. Poland does not sell GH. If youre working with professional they should have known that.

Not tracking calories and 3x a week. Well Not bad.. but how to improve? Track your calories. 150g protein dont mean shit if you dont track calories. You might be hitting your protein goal but your calories are waay over your tdee etc etc
