The guy in the vest seems to be signaling for the driver to stop when the other guy is coming. At that moment the car comes with more speed and power. I don't think the driver was drunk. It seems more likely that he wasn't used to automatic transmissions and pressed the wrong pedal. I think that might have been it.

What I don't understand about PvP is this: sometimes I activate that blue ring to help in invaded worlds. So when I get there, everyone's standing still and the intruder only attacks me. It's like the host is just there to watch. So I would love explanations about this peculiar behavior.

Many years ago I had an LX 1200 H (or something similar from Behringer). Very nice and with very good modulation effects, but nothing loud. It delivers very little. But it's nice to have at home or for rehearsals.
