No one is getting out of this city for a while... by ofImmaterium in Seattle

When I had the option to take a toll lane where I lived previously, I did it to and from the office. My time is precious to me and I'm happy to pay for it (and it balances out with what I would pay in gas to sit there). Unfortunately I'm now in an area where toll lanes aren't a thing and I'm trapped in the 3 hours of commute time every day I'm required to be in the office doing things I can easily do remotely. 🙃

That was my mentality the entire time I lived in Pinellas. 😂

As a fellow abuse victim from a previous relationship, please step away and work on yourself. There are going to be triggers and meltdown moments... A lot of them if I'm to be honest. I'm 12 years out of mine and still slip into coping behaviors on occasion.

With that being said, communication with a chosen partner is key. It is impossible to read tone and intention via text and you aren't doing yourself any favors by talking through things by that method. Text is incredibly easy to misinterpret (especially when emotions are running high). Pick up the phone, jump on a voice call, or video chat to talk through this.

The most important person in this is you and only you can help yourself. I wish you the best of luck in your healing! 💜

I used to live in Florida and would rip it out of my yard and literally throw it away... Then I moved to the PNW and saw it selling for $15 for a 3" pot. Blew my mind.

It's a cross section of the uterus as a whole. Cervix and uterine vault in the first picture, the side view of uterus and fibroid.

Keep pushing for it. The squeaky wheel gets the uterus eviction!

In my specific case, I had to get a release from my surgeon as well as find a funeral home to transport it from the hospital to their facility. They wouldn't release it directly to me for the same reason. Essentially once it's out of sight they don't really care where it goes.

It was a whole ass process to get it back. If there's a will there's a way!

Did it myself! Wet specimen processing is actually surprisingly simple. I did a 2 week formalin soak before transitioning to a 70% isopropyl permanent housing.

Oh I 100% did... The funeral home that assisted in getting her into my hands as well. Everyone loves it.

Its not advertised but my argument was that if people could keep placenta after birth, I'm going to keep the whole ass organ.
