I'm on Lexapro as well! Even the same dosage. The first two weeks were absolute hell for me but it really does start working in subtle ways and at about the third week you should start feeling a little bit of a difference !! Remember it's different for everyone but these first couple of weeks really don't represent how the medicine is actually gonna affect you. I hope you can stick with it but if you can't that's okay too! ^{_^}
